De Brauw has advised Mirror Controls international (MCi), a global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators, on the acquisition of NGF-Products.

The transaction took place through a transfer of the assets from the bankruptcy of NGF-Products. It followed after a restructuring of NGF-Products. De Brauw advised MCi throughout the restructuring process and on the acquisition.
