FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. is entering into a 50/50 cross-border merger with Peugeot S.A.
This merger creates the world’s fourth largest automotive OEM, with 8.7 million annual vehicle sales and nearly EUR 170 billion in revenues. The new Dutch parent company of the group will be listed in New York, Paris and Milan.
