Charlot focuses on corporate law, governance, advisory, and litigation. She has been involved in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as cross-border mergers and conversions. She also advises listed companies on corporate governance and shareholder activism. As part of De Brauw’s litigation practice, Charlot has participated in high-profile corporate litigation, including litigation before the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam.
