Daniël specialises in employment law and employee benefits in the broadest sense, with a direct link to our Corporate practice. As a member of De Brauw’s Corporate group, he has been frequently involved in transactions which intersect Capital Markets, M&A and employment law.

Daniël’s work over the last years includes advising and litigating on traditional individual employment matters, various reorganisations and collective dismissal programs, advising and litigating on transfer of undertaking (TUPE), co-determination, outsourcings and secondments as well as advising on remuneration and management agreements of managing directors.
