Dennis is a member of the dispute resolution practice, focusing on litigation and arbitration in a broad range of contract and liability matters. Dennis leads the defence in a wide a range of collective litigation matters, from financial services, to consumer products and environmental cases. He is an expert on insurance law and acts for corporate insureds in matters of product liability, professional liability, D&O liability and fraud.
Dennis recently represented Ageas before the Amsterdam Court of Appeal in a EUR 1.3 billion settlement. This was declared universally binding in 2018.
Dennis is a member of the Disciplinary Council of the Amsterdam Bar Association, and won ILO’s 2017 Client Choice Award for best Insurance lawyer in the Netherlands.
