Summary

Emma is a tech-savvy associate and most in her element when working on cutting-edge legal and strategic questions relating to new technologies, cybersecurity and privacy. In her work, Emma likes to opt for a multi-disciplinary approach and, in that regard, has a particular interest in computer science, financial markets and consumer law. In recent years, Emma has worked on several mass claims cases against big tech companies such as Meta and TikTok, and has advised multiple clients on data privacy-related matters in high-stakes cases.
