Etiënne is a Real Estate law specialist who joined De Brauw in 2010. His practice is very much integrated with De Brauw's corporate practice. He regularly acts for Dutch multinationals, including Philips, Shell and FrieslandCampina, and PE funds, like Parcom Capital and LoneStar Funds. Etiënne also advises many Dutch institutional investors on all types of real estate transactions.

More recently, his practice has expanded into energy-related projects, including those focusing on renewable energy, where his work includes setting up legal structures in close cooperation with our regulatory practice.
