Féline is counsel in De Brauw’s Corporate practice, with a specific focus on cross-border Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Féline's practice includes advising on private M&A transactions and on all aspects of securities offerings and listings, including prospectus requirements and cross-border clearing and settlement structures. She also assists corporates in their compliance with financial reporting obligations and financial market regulations, including market abuse, ongoing obligations, insider trading issues and stock exchange rules.

Féline was seconded to a large national bank in 2015/2016 and to the corporate department of the New York law firm, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, from September 2022 through August 2023.
