Gurgen Hakopian specialises in EU law and competition law. As a member of the Competition & Regulation team, Gurgen has been involved in a number of major antitrust investigations, abuse of dominance matters and multi-jurisdictional merger filings. He is also experienced in litigating before both European and Dutch courts and in conducting large internal investigations.
Gurgen was previously with the Banking & Finance group, where he advised a number of multinationals in restructuring and loan finance matters.
