Irenah Klink specialises in intellectual property litigation, including patents and trade marks. She regularly represents clients before national courts as well the EUIPO, and is involved in several major cross border/pan European litigations.
Before joining the Netherlands Bar in 2017, Irenah worked as a legal assistant at the EUIPO’s Boards of Appeal in Alicante. Irenah is fluent in German, Dutch and English.
In addition to a degree in Dutch law, Irenah holds an LL.M. in intellectual property law from Queen Mary University of London. She regularly publishes in the field of intellectual property law.
