Janneke is a specialist in employment law and advises and litigates on the full spectrum of employment-related matters. In particular she has expertise in the field of co-determination aspects. She assists clients in (European) works council consultation procedures in relation to acquisitions, divestments and reorganisations.
She also advises on issues related to amongst others transfer of undertaking, redundancies, collective and individual dismissals, (collective) employee benefits and pensions.
Janneke has been involved in several Supreme Court proceedings and regularly publishes in the field of employment law.
