Due to his in-depth multidisciplinary expertise – bridging corporate advisory, M&A and real estate law – Mark is frequently involved in complex international transactions.

Mark advises clients ranging from multinational companies to private equity firms, on joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments, governance matters, corporate structuring, real estate transactions and contract law. In addition, he often coordinates and works closely with other specialist De Brauw teams when vision and know-how are required in a broader spectrum of legal issues. Mark is a member of our dedicated team working on infrastructure and energy projects, where his combination of skills and expertise is invaluable.

  • Ørsted in the sale of its 50% stake in the 752 MW Borssele 1 & 2 offshore wind farm to Norges Bank Investment Management
