Michelle has a broad litigation practice, with a particular focus on commercial and M&A related disputes. She has acted as counsel for several listed companies and large multinational corporations in arbitral proceedings under ICC and NAI rules, as well as in proceedings before the Dutch courts and the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam.

Before joining De Brauw’s litigation practice, Michelle was with the M&A and corporate advisory team and advised on private and public M&A matters, as well as corporate governance issues.
