Myrtle Grondhuis specialises in corporate law and corporate governance, with a focus on advising listed companies on their corporate structure and governance, respectively, taking into account applicable rules and regulations as well as market practice. This includes advising on defensive measures (continuity foundations, structure regime), board composition, corporate governance codes and corporate governance documents. Myrtle is also largely involved in assisting listed companies with the organisation of their annual general meetings of shareholders.
Myrtle is deputy secretary of the Dutch Association of Listed Companies, the “VEUO”.
