Roos van der Poel specialises in Competition law and Intellectual Property and Media law. Her practice encompasses litigation, contracts (particularly IP licensing agreements) and advisory work. Roos was seconded in 2014 to Prosensa as in-house counsel, where she advised on the drafting and completion of various agreements, and in 2015 to the Dutch Railways (Nederlandse Spoorwegen), where she advised on several important matters from a Competition law perspective.
