Thijs specialises in general banking and corporate finance, including bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition and asset financing, capital market transactions and debt restructuring. Since joining De Brauw in 2010, Thijs has advised corporates, investment banks, financial institutions and private equity investors and worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions.
Thijs was seconded to De Brauw’s London office from 2014 to 2017.
