Tim specialises in litigation before the Dutch courts. He regularly assists Dutch and international clients with general commercial law issues and with procedural aspects of their cases. He also handles mass claims and follow-on damages matters. Before joining the De Brauw's litigation team, Tim formed part of the corporate practice, where he coordinated cross-border corporate reorganisations, gained IPO experience and advised listed clients on compliance with inside information rules.

In addition to an LLM degree in civil law and criminal law, Tim holds an MA degree in criminology.
