Elena specialises in international disputes. She has advised States and corporations on commercial and investment law issues and has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, VIAC, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules.

Elena has also been a member of De Brauw's Capital Markets Practice, where she advised on various listings and securities offerings. Prior to joining De Brauw, Elena worked as an international trainee at a leading arbitration law firm in Geneva.
