Remco has more than ten years' experience in our litigation practice, dealing with all aspects of contract, liability and insurance law before the Dutch courts. Going beyond the traditional role of litigator, Remco advises a wide range of clients on complex cross-border disputes. Remco is also specialised in seizure and execution, working regularly with law firms worldwide on coordinated enforcement actions.

His clients range from rising tech companies to established industry leaders, who praise him for explaining complex legal concepts in plain language. Moreover, Remco is very familiar with the Dutch class action regime, focusing in particular on consumer law claims. Until recently, Remco chaired De Brauw's works council, presiding over a period of productive interaction with staff and management alike.
