Omar Salah in The Islamic Finance and Markets Law Review

Omar Salah’s contribution on Islamic finance in the Netherlands has been included as a chapter in The Islamic Finance and Markets Law Review (second edition).

Islamic, or shariah-compliant, finance is concerned with the conduct of commercial and financial activities in accordance with shariah, or Islamic law. The chapters in The Islamic Finance and Markets Law Review describe how Islamic finance is practised in various jurisdictions throughout the world.
