Playing a crucial role in the day-to-day of our employees by supporting them in achieving the best and greatest (legal) services. As a Service Desk Officer you are just that!
You and your colleagues of our Service Desk are the GO-TO for all our employees whenever they have questions or issues whilst using ICT facilities and services. You understand the criticality of ICT and the pressure most of our employees are under and know exactly what to do and say to make sure our users can get back to their work as soon as possible. You know when you need to liaise with either your colleagues and/or with our suppliers to achieve the best and fastest outcome. Coming up with a (temporary) work-around is perfect.
The ICT Service Desk team consists of about 7 colleagues. The ICT Service Desk is part of our ICT team which in total consists of about 35 persons.
We service over 200 different applications (+/- 20 core applications), within an integrated landscape, and we are moving towards a more cloud-oriented architecture. Also, we develop in-house, customised applications on a low-code platform.
A typical day of a Service Desk Officer consists of phone handling, registration of requests, escalation, support in (company-wide) projects, follow-up, directing your colleagues and/or suppliers and providing 2nd line support.
Who are you?
Our perfect candidate for this position:
- has at least two years' experience. Preferably on ICT service desk.
- Has a professional education degree, completed with ITIL certification.
- is service oriented and results driven
- has a customer first attitude.
- has an innovative, analytical and structured approach
- has excellent and effective communication skills (speaking and writing fluent Dutch and English is a must.
- EU Work permit required
Who are we?
The position of Application Manager is part of the ICT Department. The ICT team consists of about 35 FTE. Our ICT team provides services to almost 800 staff. You will report to the Lead ICT Operations.
