Flex BV - Tools 

 

The Act on simpler and more flexible laws of private companies with limited liability ("BVs") 
comes into force on 1 October 2012. The changes introduced by this Act will offer greater flexibility in structuring BVs. 

ToolsAs an additional service to you, we offer tools* regarding the Flex BV to keep pace with the changes to BVs. The tools highlight legal issues which could be important to you.
