If you are looking to invest your experience, drive and potential somewhere to yield a return that will match the scale of the opportunity, then welcome.
Twice a year, every year, an inspiring and aspiring group of young lawyers invest their potential in our intensive development programme: 'De Brauwerij'. This ground-breaking training programme for Dutch law graduates has seen more than 600 associates jump-start their legal careers, broaden their horizons, and create lasting friendships.
Associates in De Brauwerij receive a fixed 3.5-year contract at the beginning of the programme and have the opportunity to transition to become a senior associate at the end. No matter what your ambition is, we promise you this: there is no better launch pad!
Our global approach, our long-term commitment and our embrace of our role in society make De Brauw a uniquely special collective.
As lawyers, we are strongly committed to a sense of justice. We are dedicated to help provide access to justice through our pro bono work.
Our lawyers are leaders in their fields. Together, we form a strong collective, representing our clients, relentlessly pursuing excellence.
Are you ready to make the move?
If you are an associate with a minimum of five years’ experience of working with a top tier law firm - but hungry to see your potential realised - then you are welcome to apply for one of our current openings.
Opportunities do arise within different practice areas from time to time, (and very occasionally at associate level), so you are welcome to send us open application or contact us to explore the possibilities of life at De Brauw. There is always room for brilliance.
Are you hungry for the challenge?
Are you a legal adviser or professional support lawyer who loves a challenge but is looking for a new flavour? Perhaps you are a lawyer looking to add on an academic pursuit but do not want to trade in the dynamic of a top-tier law firm.
If so, one of our legal adviser opportunities may be just the opening to allow you to 'have your cake and eat it'.
We all work with an open door policy and the same applies for you. How can we help? What else would you like to know? Reach out and introduce yourself. What are you waiting for?
