Daan van Binsbergen specialises in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Since joining De Brauw in 2008, he has advised on numerous cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Recent finance deals include a number of whole loan sales, bilateral and syndicated corporate loans, acquisition financings and debt restructurings, as well as a number of complex derivatives transactions.

Having initially qualified in the Netherlands, Daan is a registered European lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales. He was seconded in 2010 to GDF SUEZ in Brussels, where he acted as in-house counsel in several large transactions.
