Francine is a seasoned member of the banking and capital markets practices of De Brauw, both in London and Amsterdam, where she has gained broad experience with equity and debt capital markets transactions (including a large number of significant global offerings and IPOs) as well as M&A transactions in the financial services industry.
In institutional asset management, Francine acts for key national and international players, such as the asset management arms of some of the world's largest financial institutions, large pension funds and other institutional investors. In capital markets transactions involving investment institutions, she advises investment banks as well as internationally operating groups of private equity and hedge funds.
