Daniëlle is Counsel in the Investment Management Group and is specialised in finance law. She has broad expertise in banking and capital markets transactions, combined with an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions. Daniëlle regularly advises on financial markets regulations, licence requirements, and ongoing obligations for companies active in the financial services industry with a particular focus on the asset management and investment services industries.    

Daniëlle has in-depth experience in cross-border transactions and her secondment with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets has contributed greatly to this experience, particularly in the field of offering and listing rules.
