De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek announces the composition of its Management Board. Dorothee van Vredenburch will continue as Executive Partner, and will be joined by Dennis Horeman and Klaas de Vries as Managing Partners. Together, they will comprise De Brauw's new Management Board as of 1 April 2023.
Transitional period until 1 April
Both Dennis and Klaas will use the upcoming months as a transitional period to hand over their practices where appropriate and take on their new roles.
Current board members Anja Mutsaers and Barbara Kloppert will take the upcoming months to gradually hand over responsibilities. Mutsaers: "It has been a great privilege to be part of the Management Board over the past years, including my last term in an all-female board with Dorothee and Barbara. I will pass the baton with full confidence in the course of 2023, and look forward to continuing my practice and contributing to the firm's ambitions in the field of Corporate/M&A."
