Albert Marsman, Mariken van Loopik, Stefan Molin and Wiebe Dijkstra have been appointed partner at De Brauw.
Mariken focuses on the banking sector, particularly in the Financial Markets Regulation practice. Albert specialises in international arbitration and litigation. He recently represented Philips in an ICC arbitration against Funai. He is also litigating on behalf of the former majority shareholders of Yukos Oil in a case brought by the Russian Federation. Stefan is an expert in EU and Competition Law. He successfully assisted Schiphol Airport in a dispute between easyJet and the European Commission. Wiebe specialises in tax and investment management and has advised numerous clients on M&A transactions, including NXP on the USD 1.8 billion divestment of its RF Power Business.
