De Brauw appoints Jeroen Kolthof as counsel

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek has appointed Jeroen Kolthof as counsel in its Finance & Restructuring practice, effective 1 February 2026.

Jeroen specialises in leveraged finance transactions, acting for financial institutions, private equity investors and borrowers on domestic and cross-border matters. His practice focuses on sponsor-driven transactions and private credit fund financing solutions. Jeroen's client base is balanced between borrowers/sponsors and lender-side instructions, giving him a comprehensive understanding of leveraged finance dynamics.
