De Brauw has once again contributed to the Chambers Climate Change Regulation guide, this time for the 2026 edition. This guide is designed to offer readers practical insights into climate change laws, policy and litigation trends across various jurisdictions.
De Brauw has authored a chapter covering climate change regulation in the Netherlands continuing contributions made in previous years. The chapter discusses the growing debate on the impact of climate change and broader ESG topics on Dutch corporate law, and explores three interlinking developments driving this shift: evolving Dutch and EU climate policy, market responses to that policy, and NGO-driven litigation.
