Tobias has a broad litigation practice, with a particular focus on cross-border litigation, Supreme Court litigation, litigation before the European Courts of Justice and intellectual property law. Roos manages those cases where the transactional aspects of intellectual property rights are a central element of the matter. She has over nine years of experience in the IP practice and is a seasoned transactional lawyer. She advises on, negotiates and drafts IP-related agreements and structures. Roos is closely connected to De Brauw's Corporate department, and forms part of multidisciplinary teams for M&amp;A-related matters, financing and restructuring. Roos is often is involved in matters where intellectual property law, contract law and competition law intersect. In that regard, her knowledge of and experience in competition law serves her very well.
