Michael specialises in public and private M&amp;A, acting for listed companies and private multinationals divesting businesses, and assisting in acquiring new business domestically and abroad. He also advises private equity clients on both sellside and buyside processes, including minority investments. 
Michael has been involved in several public offers in recent years and regularly advises clients on takeover regulation and the role and responsibilities of boards. He is a trusted adviser on corporate governance, securities law, and disclosure matters.
Michael has particular expertise in the regulated energy and financial sectors. He advises several state owned enterprises and the Dutch state, and is active at the intersection of the public and private sector.

Frank specialises in complex public and private M&amp;A transactions. He has acted for several listed companies, large multinationals and private equity funds on M&amp;A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and listing rules. A substantial part of his practice involves cross-border transactions, advising clients on their transactions outside of the Netherlands. Aside from transaction focused matters, Frank regularly advises listed companies on shareholder activism and response situations, including hostile takeover bids. Prior to joining the M&amp;A team, he worked as a senior associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation practice.

Hendrik is a senior associate in De Brauw's corporate practice, where he focuses on cross-border equity capital markets and M&amp;A transactions. 
Hendrik was previously part of De Brauw's commercial litigation group, assisting Dutch and international clients on issues such as attachment proceedings, product liability, mass claims and follow-on damages.
Hendrik holds a cum laude LL.M degree in company law and a MSc degree in economics.

Wiebe specialises in international and Dutch tax law, focusing on corporate transactions, investment funds and tax controversy. Since joining De Brauw, Wiebe has advised numerous multinationals and funds on complex cross-border M&amp;A transactions, investment structures and tax disputes. Wiebe is actively involved in the tax expert group of the Dutch association of asset managers (DUFAS), the committee on legislative proposals of the Dutch association of tax advisors (NOB) and frequently lectures on international tax law, including at IBA conferences and at the universities of Amsterdam and Groningen. He is recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 with Chambers describing him as “very accessible, sharp, responsive and to the point” and Legal 500 referring to him as a “top-notch tax professional”.
