CBRE Global Investors divests EUR 180 million residential portfolio to Round Hill Capital
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek has assisted CBRE Global Investors on the EUR 180 million divestment of a large residential portfolio to UK private-equity firm Round Hill Capital .
It is the largest transaction of its kind in the Netherlands since the financial crisis.
