De Brauw advises Arya Sciences on its joint venture with Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH and its listing on NASDAQ

De Brauw advised Arya Sciences Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ARYA), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC") sponsored by Perceptive Advisors, on its business combination with Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company active in the discovery and development of T cell redirecting cancer immunotherapies. 

De Brauw acted as Dutch counsel alongside Kirkland & Ellis.
