De Brauw counsel in two international strategic matters of VTTI

De Brauw acted as counsel on behalf of VTTI in dispute proceedings regarding the new EUR 300 million VTTI terminal project in Vasiliko, Cyprus. The case was succesfully settled as a result of which LCIA Arbitration in London Coulson could be avoided. De Brauw is also participating in VTTI's global development program for VTTI's project directors, project managers and legal counsel on the subject of contracting for international construction projects on the FIDC standard.

VTTI is one of the world's fastest-growing independent energy storage companies, offering 8.6 million cubic meters of combined storage capacity across five continents. The strategic location of the terminal is the first of its kind in the Eastern Mediterranean, connecting Europe and the Black Sea with markets in the Middle East and Asia.
