De Brauw advised Hanwha General Chemical on the acquisition of Ansaldo Thomassen, a leading high-technology aftermarket service provider for gas turbines worldwide, from Ansaldo Energia. This acquisition was part of a larger transaction in which Hanwha General Chemical successfully acquired a part of Ansaldo Energia's aftermarket gas turbine component and service business.
