IDT acquires NXP's high-speed data converter business
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek advised NXP Semiconductors on the sale of its high-speed data converter assets to NASDAQ-listed Integrated Device Technology.
NXP's existing data converter portfolio provides leading-edge products, helping IDT to optimise its customers' system-level performance, power, costs and time-to-market, according to IDT's press release. NXP is a NASDAQ listed semiconductor company, headquartered in the Netherlands.
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek acted as lead counsel to NXP. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
