Dennis specialises in corporate finance, with a focus on general banking and debt restructuring transactions, as well as restructuring proceedings. Since joining De Brauw, Dennis has advised corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors, and worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions and proceedings.

Dennis has also worked in De Brauw’s corporate litigation and arbitration team, where he represented large corporate clients and banks as counsel in Dutch court proceedings and in national and international arbitration proceedings.
