
Eline has broad experience in litigating at all court levels in the Netherlands, and has worked on various high-end disputes before the Dutch Supreme Court, including the Yukos case, recognition and setting-aside proceedings related to arbitral awards, and business law proceedings. Eline is a skilled litigator specialising in insurance, financial and Supreme Court litigation. Eline also has experience in corporate litigation and insolvency matters, where she has advised financial institutions and corporate clients on proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber and on liability and execution law.
