Fleur focuses on private M&A and advises a broad spectrum of clients - including strategic corporates, private equity funds and state-owned companies - on divestments, acquisitions and joint ventures. She has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including regulated ones such as the financial institutions and energy sectors. Fleur previously worked in De Brauw's litigation and arbitration practice, where she gained significant expertise in post-M&A and other corporate disputes.
