Floris is a skilled litigator specialising in restructuring, financial and Supreme Court litigation. He has extensive experience in representing Dutch and international clients at all court levels in the Netherlands. Floris' practice focuses on complex matters of property and insolvency, attachment and enforcement, and financial law.

Before joining De Brauw, Floris was a researcher and lecturer on private law at the University of Groningen, where he obtained his PhD in 2016. Floris continues to regularly lecture and publish on property, insolvency and civil procedure law.
