Jonathan specializes in complex regulatory enforcement and high-stakes litigation in public law, as well as European data, cybersecurity, and privacy law. He advises and represents technology-driven multinationals and state-owned enterprises, including in class actions and multi-jurisdictional disputes. With experience in some of the largest transactions in the Netherlands in recent years, Jonathan also possesses expertise in corporate law and M&A transactions.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jonathan advised clients on the Dutch government's financial support programs and represented clients in the energy sector.
