Jonathan specialises in complex regulatory enforcement and litigation matters in public law and European privacy, data and cybersecurity law. His work focuses on tech and digital multinationals as well as on state enterprises in the energy sector.

Having participated in some of the largest transactions in the Netherlands in recent years, Jonathan also has experience in corporate law and M&A. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he advised clients on the Dutch government's financial support programmes.
