Linda is a lawyer in De Brauw's M&A group. She advises international holdings across various industries and private equity funds on private M&A transactions, including strategic acquisitions and carve-out deals. Her experience extends to transactions taking place in the context of restructuring and measures imposed by the Dutch Enterprise Chamber.

Before joining the M&A team, Linda worked in the firm's arbitration practice. She represented states, international holdings and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the context of international arbitration, including setting-aside and enforcement proceedings. She advised on matters involving frozen assets and sanctioned entities and states, among other things.

Linda has coached the Willem C. Vis moot court team of the University of Amsterdam for two years.
