Summary

As Managing Partner, Marnix makes up the Management Board, together with Anja Mutsaers (Practice Partner) and Dorothee van Vredenburch (Executive Partner). Marnix has 25 years of experience acting on dozens of major disputes in international arbitration and litigation across many sectors. Besides his current role leading the firm, he continues to act as trusted advisor to clients on their arbitration and cross border litigation challenges. Marnix has been recognized by the major guides since 2010 as a leading practitioner in the Netherlands in arbitration and litigation, and is the only Dutch lawyer ranked in Band 1 by Chambers for both arbitration and litigation.
