Marnix Leijten is a trusted advisor to corporates and states with nearly 30 years of experience in cross-border litigation and international arbitration.
As one of our most senior litigation and arbitration partners, Marnix has been spearheading our dispute resolution group for decades and regularly leads teams on a large variety of high stakes international disputes, commercial and investor state arbitrations, as well as complex enforcement and setting aside disputes.
