Olivier specialises in corporate law, focusing on the corporate governance of listed companies, including securities law, and accounting and auditing issues. He is a legal adviser to the Dutch Association of Listed Companies (VEUO). Olivier is also a lecturer in corporate law at the Erasmus School of Law in Rotterdam, and regularly publishes on corporate governance and corporate litigation topics such as virtual general meetings, director liability and accounting law.
