Sena is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate and M&A practice, with a particular focus on private M&A and private equity transactions. She has advised on a wide range of cross-border and domestic deals, including for regulated companies, acting for large multinationals, state-owned enterprises and private equity funds across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and chemicals.

Before joining De Brauw, Sena worked at Baker McKenzie in Istanbul, advising domestic and international clients on cross-border M&A, banking & finance and capital markets transactions. In 2019, she completed a secondment at Citibank, focusing on corporate finance matters. Sena also holds an LL.M. degree from Leiden University, where she completed the Advanced Law and Finance master’s programme.
