Silvia is a senior legal adviser in De Brauw's corporate M&A practice, with a focus on public M&A and capital markets. She has a broad background in M&A and corporate law, having started her career at NautaDutilh (Rotterdam) where she advised on matters including cross-border M&A, joint venture arrangements, and corporate governance matters.

Before joining De Brauw in 2022, Silvia worked as senior legal counsel at a horticultural technology company, and as a professional support lawyer for an independent law firm based in Rotterdam.
