CRM Adviser

We are seeking a CRM Adviser to join our Business Development team and play a pivotal role in both the day-to-day administration of our client relationship management system and the delivery of our upcoming CRM migration project. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with 3–5 years' experience in CRM or business development support to contribute to a transformational initiative whilst ensuring seamless operational support across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration & User support

  • Deliver training, guidance and ongoing support to fee-earners and business services teams on CRM functionality and best practice
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through regular audits, cleansing activities and process enforcement
  • Administer user access, permissions and system configuration in line with firm policies
  • Produce and/or use management reports, dashboards and analytics to support business development and client relationship strategies
  • Act as first point of contact for CRM queries, troubleshooting issues and liaising with IT and external vendors as required

CRM Migration Project

  • Coordinate project workstreams and timelines in collaboration with IT, Business Development leadership and external consultants
  • Engage with stakeholders across practice groups to gather requirements, design processes and ensure user adoption
  • Support data migration planning, testing and validation to ensure accuracy and continuity
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programmes and change management initiatives to embed the new system

Required Experience & skills

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset and commitment to data accuracy
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of client relationship dynamics
  • Familiarity with business development processes, pitch support or client intelligence workflows
  • Background in professional services, particularly the legal sector
  • 3–5 years' experience in a CRM, business development or marketing operations role
  • Demonstrable project management or project coordination experience, ideally involving system implementations or migrations
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with databases, reporting tools and CRM platforms
  • Experience with InterAction or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
