Jonathan Soeharno has published his latest book, De mooiweerrechtsstaat. The first copy was presented to Femke Halsema at the official launch at Boekhandel Van Rossum last week.

In the book, Jonathan explores the vulnerability of judicial independence in the Netherlands to political influence and examines how this independence can be safeguarded in times of pressure.

The book is now available in bookstores and via the publisher: Uitgeverij Cossee.
