Casper Nagtegaal

Casper joined De Brauw in 2010 and is a member of De Brauw’s Corporate Advisory practice. He advises Dutch multinationals and foreign clients on matters of corporate governance and complex restructurings, specialising in private and public takeovers, disposals and initial and public offerings.

Stephanie The

Since joining De Brauw in 2011, Stephanie has advised companies in international merger cases, high profile antitrust damages litigation and cartel investigations. She is a skilled litigator and competition lawyer with experience practising in Brussels, Amsterdam and New York. Stephanie represents multinational clients on a broad range of highly complex matters in the Netherlands and abroad.

Pete Lawley

Pete joined De Brauw in 2017, after 10 years with major law firms in Tokyo, Brisbane, London and New York. He specialises in financial institutions M&A and private equity transactions. Pete also has a particular expertise in transactions involving Japanese parties, having spent nearly ten years working and studying in Japan.
